👶 Self-Rescue Skills: we teach babies and kids to survive in the water, even before they can walk!

🏊‍♀️ 1-on-1 Daily Lessons: Short, personalized lessons help children as young as 6 months learn to float and swim.

📅 Consistent Progress: With 5 lessons a week, most kids complete the program in about 6 weeks. ✅

Rollback to Float

Stable Sitters (typically 6-12 Months)

Once your baby can sit steadily on their own, they're ready to learn foundational self-rescue skills. These gentle lessons teach your child to roll onto their back to float, rest, and breathe, empowering them to remain safe in the water until help arrives. Not quite sitting yet? Ask us about parent-assisted water acclimation!

Swim-Rollback-Float

Early Walkers (typically 1-2 Years)

As toddlers begin to walk and gain confidence, they're ready to start swimming short distances before rolling onto their backs to float and breathe. Depending on their stage of development, some may master the full Swim-Float-Swim sequence, while others may demonstrate Swim-Float-Stay.

Swim-Float-Swim

Confident Walkers (typically 2-6 Years)

Preschoolers and confident walkers are ready for the full Swim-Float-Swim sequence. They learn to swim, float to rest and breathe, then repeat to keep swimming to edge of the pool. Ready to go beyond self-rescue? Ask us about stroke development lessons!
